Becky Lynch responds to reports that she might not be cleared for WWE TLC

Becky Lynch is scheduled to defend her SmackDown Live Women’s Championship at WWE’s Tables Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view. Lynch will participate in the first-ever female TLC match against Asuka and Charlotte Flair. It’s her first match back since being sidelined with a concussion and broken nose. Lynch missed Survivor Series as a result of her injuries, where she was expected to face Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.

Despite getting back in the mix on WWE TV, Lynch has apparently not yet been fully cleared to return. She has partial clearance to appear on SmackDown Live, but has not yet been cleared from her fractured nose. Her concussion issues, however, seem to be behind her. While the report noted she can be expected to be cleared within 11 days, many fans have some doubt about her TLC status.

Lynch recently took to Twitter to address the report. Here’s what she had to say:

“I’m seeing reports that I “might not be cleared” for TLC. Let me say this as clearly as I can: nothing will keep me from fighting on Dec 16th. I’ve got heads to slap and a title to keep. The Man will come around.”
