Now that Brock Lesnar is no longer under contract with WWE, speculation has been going on among fans about what he’ll do next.
The speculation of Lesnar going to AEW is all due to him having more leverage while talking with WWE about a new deal, which expired after WrestleMania 36.
There’s also been speculation that Lesnar could make a UFC return, but as much as that doesn’t seem likely due to his age, Bellator MMA President Scott Coker is interested in signing the former UFC Heavyweight Champion.
Coker wants to make a fight between Lesnar and Fedor Emelianenko. While doing an interview with MMA Junkie, Coker stated that he reached out to Lesnar’s team to see if he’s truly a free agent and if he wants the fight.
“The situation with Brock Lesnar is I don’t even know if he’s a free agent. I don’t even know if he wants to fight. I don’t know what his situation is. I reached out and talked to them and said, ‘Hey, if Brock wants to fight Fedor, we have the guy who could be the fight that never happened.’ We’ll see if that happens. We’ll see if that’s something he’s serious about. Only Brock knows.”
Coker added that if Lesnar is available then he’s sure they can make a deal.
