The first set of betting odds has been released for the inaugural WWE Wrestlepalooza premium live event, which takes place on Saturday, September 20. The early lines suggest a night of victories for the babyface side of the card.
In one of the show’s expected main events, the returning John Cena (-150) is the slight favorite to defeat Brock Lesnar (+120). This would be Lesnar’s first match since his return at SummerSlam and the first one-on-one encounter between the two legends in several years. The match is a key stop on Cena’s ongoing retirement tour.
The team of CM Punk and the returning AJ Lee (-260) is the favorite in their potential mixed tag team match against the World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and the Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch (+170).
In the match to crown a new Women’s World Champion, Stephanie Vaquer (-300) is the favorite to defeat IYO SKY (+200). Naomi recently vacated the title due to her pregnancy. In the other reported championship match, the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes (-500) is a heavy favorite to retain his title against his new challenger, Drew McIntyre (+300).
The show is set to be a significant one for the company as they go head-to-head with AEW’s All Out pay-per-view on the same date, although AEW moved their show to the afternoon. WWE has not officially announced the full card for Wrestlepalooza. The real-time betting odds are subject to change and can be found on MyBookie.
