Bianca Belair reaches a historic WWE milestone

Bianca Belair made history by reaching a milestone she wanted to achieve in WWE.

Belair has been pushed as a top star in the company since her days in NXT, where she continued to find success on the main roster. Her Raw Women’s Title reign started at WrestleMania 38 in April 2022 when she defeated Becky Lynch.

She surpassed 200 days last October and became the longest-reigning black world champion in WWE history. Belair previously talked about the importance of this milestone to her going into Extreme Rules, where she retained the title over Bayley in a ladder match.

For months, Belair was chasing a milestone set by MVP as he had been the longest reigning black champion of any singles title in WWE history, holding the United States Championship for 343 days.

On Monday, she surpassed MVP’s record at 344 days and took to Twitter to react to making history:

Belair will defend the Raw Women’s Title against Asuka at WrestleMania Goes Hollywood.
