Big Cass’ return to pro wrestling could be the start of bigger things for him, as he looks for a second chance after overcoming his demons.
As previously noted, Cass (CaZXL), returned to action over the weekend in Texas for Lariato Pro Wrestling and he was given a standing ovation. It was his first public appearance since September 2019 and based on reports from the show, he looked good in the ring and he was in great spirits after the show.
Although things did not end on the best of terms, the door is still open for them to return to WWE. When they were released, we heard from people in the company that said that Vince McMahon was open to bringing them back as long as they got their life in order. In Amore’s case, the feeling on him was that he needed to mature and Cass needed to address his personal issues.
WrestleVotes tweeted the following about Cass and Amore: “Just seeing now that Enzo & Big Cass showed up on a live event last night. Good for them. I know for a 100% FACT they still have supporters within WWE. No idea if that means anything tho.”
The door is definitely open for them to return to WWE at some point.
After a long journey filled with an enormous amount of self-reflection, I now start my journey towards redemption. Thank you @The_BigLG for the opportunity, and thank you to everyone for continuing to believe in me 🙏🏼 #StraightOuttaStep12 pic.twitter.com/WqRnaa1jQj
