Big Cass may have a legitimate knee injury

It looks like Big Cass might be legitimately injured. PWInsider reports that he is backstage at Smackdown Live and he’s been walking with a noticeable limp.

Cass was originally scheduled to face Samoa Joe on tonight’s show but he was pulled on Monday and the match is now scheduled to be Jeff Hardy vs. Daniel Bryan. The winner of that match will face Samoa Joe next week in a Money In The Bank qualifying match.

Unless Cass is trying to work the wrestlers backstage, it looks like he has a legitimate issue with his knee. He did work on shows during the European tour so that’s a sign that it’s not too serious.

Also scheduled for tonight’s show: The Miz promises to find out which member of The New Day will compete in the Men’s Money In The Bank match. Also, there are two Women’s Money In The Bank qualifying matches set for tonight featuring Lana vs. Billie Kay and Naomi vs. Sonya Deville.
