As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, and Universal Champion Brock Lesnar took part in an in-ring segment with Raw General Manager Kurt Angle. Both Reigns and Joe made their case to face Lesnar at SummerSlam.
Angle booked a #1 contender match between Reigns and Joe for next week’s Raw in Nashville, TN at the Bridgestone Arena. The winner of this match will challenge Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the SummerSlam pay-per-view event on August 20th at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
