WWE has just announced that Big E will take on SmackDown Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan on tonight’s show.
This match was made after Big E and Xavier Woods pinned Daniel Bryan in an eight-man tag team match on Monday Night Raw last week and then defeating Bryan and Rowan last week on SmackDown Live.
No other matches have been announced for tonight’s show but WWE is hyping an appearance from WWE Champion Kofi Kingston after he was choked out by Samoa Joe on Raw.
Also, Eric Bischoff will be backstage but it’s unknown if he will appear on the show. Bischoff will be making changes to the brand as the new Executive Director. Some or all of his creative changes might not be seen until after Extreme Rules.
Tonight’s SmackDown Live will take place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX.
