This year’s WWE WrestleMania will be a bigger show than normal for not only the company but fans as well. The reason for that is due to it having fans in attendance for the first time in over a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Stone Cold” Steve Austin made an appearance on the latest episode of The Wrestling Inc. Daily to promote Tide’s #TurnToCold campaign. During it, he was asked whether he will be involved with WrestleMania 37.
The WWE Hall of Famer confirmed that he won’t be appearing due to WWE not reaching out to him about a possible appearance. He noted that he thinks it makes more sense for them to use him at WrestleMania 38 or WrestleMania 39 due to his ties to the cities that will be hosting those shows. He added that he’s fine with sitting at the house watching WrestleMania 37.
WWE has already confirmed that WrestleMania 38 will go down on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and WrestleMania 39 takes place on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. He’s from Texas and has lived in California.
WWE holds the WrestleMania 37 pay-per-view event on Saturday, April 10th, and Sunday, April 11, 2021 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. You can listen the entire interview by clicking on the player below:
