Big title match announced for WWE NXT Halloween Havoc special

WWE will present another Halloween Havoc edition of NXT TV. The theme will be used for the NXT 2.0 episode on October 26th.

NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa announced the news during his promo segment on Tuesday’s episode. The segment also saw him being interrupted by Bron Breakker, who challenged Ciampa to a title match at Halloween Havoc, which Ciampa accepted. Breakker, the son of Rick Steiner, has stayed undefeated since making his NXT in-ring debut a few weeks ago.

The first-ever NXT Halloween Havoc episode took place in 2020 that featured Johnny Gargano defeating Damian Priest in a Devil’s Playground Match for the NXT North American Title, Io Shirai going over Candice LeRae in a Tables, Ladders & Scares Match for the NXT Women’s Title, and other gimmick matches.
