There was a small update on Bill Goldberg during Sunday's Wrestling Observer Radio show.
As many of you saw on Friday, Goldberg ran himself into the middle turnbuckle and cut himself open. The match essentially fell apart because he had trouble getting his bearings. We first reported here on WrestlingNews.co that he was checked backstage after the match and the belief was that he had a concussion.
Dave Meltzer confirmed on Sunday that he was indeed diagnosed with a concussion.
Meltzer added, "There's definitely more but I don't know everything that went down there. There's definitely a backstory on that Bill Goldberg thing but I don't know what it is yet but something must have happened over there."
More news on Goldberg should be out in the next few days.
