Pro wrestling legend Bobby Fulton has been hospitalized.
He had recently announced his retirement from the pro wrestling business as he has been battling throat cancer.
His son, Dillon, shared the news about his father in a post on the Twitter account of Fulton. He issued the following statement:
“This is Dillon Hines. I’m sadly informing you today that my father has been admitted to the hospital. He’s in poor condition. Please send positive thoughts and prayers for him. Thanks!”

Fulton was one half of the tag team The Fantastics with Tommy Rogers. Fulton had memorable runs with the NWA under Jim Crockett Promotions where he held the tag team titles with Rogers twice. He also found success in other promotions.
