Lio Rush got fans talking when he sent out a cryptic post on social media.
Rush did so when he wrote during Monday’s episode of Raw, “I’m only one call away …@fightbobby,” while watching Lashley compete in the Triple Threat main event against Ricochet and Seth Rollins.
He then wrote, “You’re going to miss me.” Lashley responded to the tweet with, “I hear ya brotha.”
As of late, Rush has been working on the NXT brand and last worked when he lost to Tony Nese by count-out on the January 24th episode of 205 Live. He won the NXT Cruiserweight Title a few weeks after returning on NXT TV in September. He held the title for 63 days before dropping it to Angel Garza.
Before he went to NXT, Rush had been working as Lashley’s manager on Raw before he was taken off of television last summer after issues started over his contract and how he was being used.
