WWE NXT has plenty of titles for its stars to go after in the men’s division, whether that be the NXT Title, Tag Team Titles, or North American Titles. They also have the Heritage Cup that is defended.
The push
For the women, they only have the NXT Women’s Title. There used to be a set of NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles, but those were unified with the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
On the “Hall of Fame” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T was asked to give his thoughts on WWE potentially introducing an Intercontinental or United States Title for the women’s division:

“Yeah, man. I feel like it’s time to. I feel like it’s time for NXT to get another title just to give everybody a piece of the action, a shot at the apple, excuse me, a bite at the apple. But I would love to see that for the ladies because right now, the ladies are killing it, as well as in NXT. A lot of the ladies have left NXT and they’re moving to the main roster.”
Booker T noted he thinks the women will need a little bit more to play for and have a chance at holding gold around their waist.
