WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has confirmed that production for the second season of the A&E reality series “LFG” (WWE’s Next Gen) is well underway. He also revealed his expectation for the show to have a lengthy future on the network. Speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T shared his excitement for it.
“There’s going to be a season two already. We are in the mix of season two already, and it’s getting hot and heavy. I was just reading that there’s going to be several seasons of LFG on A&E. So I’m looking forward to it.”
He likened his enduring role as a coach on the show to judges on other popular reality competitions: “It’s gonna be like the Masked Singer or Dancing with the Stars or something. I’m gonna be like one of these judges that never go home. I’m staying on every show.”
Booker T also confidently asserted his coaching credentials: “So you guys can look forward to seeing Booker T do his thing only as I can because I’m the most experienced coach on the show, bar none. Give the other guys their props. I’m gonna give them their props, but as far as coaching goes, as far as giving expert tools, I’m talking about one that has expert knowledge, someone who knows all the tricks of the trade, I’m talking about all the smoke and mirrors, that’s who I’m talking about.”
