Wrestling on national TV: “A lot of us are like, ‘I don’t feel like we’re famous yet.’ It’s not hitting. We all still feel like it’s another show for us … I don’t think it’s really hitting because it’s so early still for a lot of us. Maybe in like another 6 months, we’ll all start changing a little more.”
His favorite episode of BTE: “My favorite episode up until this point was last year’s Halloween episode because that was so much fun filming on the Jericho cruise. We just had a great time. Everybody just kept breaking during all those scenes so it was like ‘if this is what you do for BTE then this is awesome.’ So I had a great feeling for that. This year’s Halloween kind of took the cake again…”
His personal goals in AEW: “Obviously, win a match. The first small goal I got is I want to kind of show the audience what I can do physically in a match and to be given an opportunity … no leash on you and go out there and do whatever you want. That’s kind of what I’m looking forward to, when I get that call.”
