It’s been reported for years that plans are always changing in WWE due to Vince McMahon making a decision about something then going back on it or changing the script of the show just hours before it goes live.
Braun Strowman talked about this during an interview with Bleacher Report. He noted that he’s okay with the chaotic environment.
“The boys and girls in the back, we all work really, really hard. It’s been a little chaotic because everything’s been all over the place. People get sick and things change at the last minute. And part of me enjoys that, I’m not going to lie.”
He gave last Monday’s Raw as an example as everything was crazy because people got hurt, people were sick and stuff changed. He noted that all of a sudden, he’s booked to work three matches in one show, which was about an hour and 10 minutes of being in the ring. He said that while you’re freaking out, you have to go and hit a home run. He stated it’s a satisfying feeling.
Strowman was asked about the decline in WWE TV ratings. He thinks WWE is doing the best job possible with where the world is right now.
“It’s a tough time right now. It’s a challenge for everything that’s on television to try to draw live viewership. I’ll be honest, I haven’t even had cable in my house in the last decade. I keep up with our shows via our apps and social media.”
He continued by noting that he thinks WWE is constantly going above and beyond to do everything they can to keep the fans entertained and draw in new people.
