Braun Strowman took to Twitter on Thursday to refute a report about how much promoters are being asked to book him on shows. Strowman said on Twitter that he has not spoken to anyone about bookings but his agent is available to field offers.
Strowman said, “Let me just get this FYI out. I have not spoken to anyone about bookings. But if you wanna talk business the email to my agent is in my bio. Thank for any confusion you may be reading online.”
Strowman’s claim that he is not talking to promoters may be true but PWInsider is reporting today that promoters have been dealing with his manager and the fees to book him are out of the price range for most companies.
PWI says that his manager Nick Antocelli has asked for 20-25K for three-hour appearances to multiple promoters that have reached out. It was also noted that Antocelli has asked for first-class airfare, two nights of hotel and all meals and ground transportation covered.
That would be out of the price range for most independent promotions and it certainly adds credibility to some that are speculating that he has no plans to do much in pro wrestling outside of WWE. Strowman had a high-paying contract in WWE so, quite frankly, he can live off of that for a long time.
Let me just get this FYI out. I have not spoken to anyone about bookings. But if you wanna talk business the email to my agent is in my bio. Thank for any confusion you may be reading online.
