The divorce case between Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) and wife Samantha is getting messy, according to a report from the Daily Mail. Wyatt is being accused by Samantha of spending $11,000 on strippers and diamonds for his girlfriend, WWE ring announcer JoJo during a 10-day binge.
The story cites public court documents that claim that Wyatt has been spending time with JoJo at her apartment near Miami while Samantha and their two daughters remain at the family home in the Tampa area.
The story says that Wyatt agreed to pay $14,765 per month in maintenance and child support but has yet to make the backdated payments. He has, according to the court documents, been paying $6,000 per month since their split in June. In November, Samantha was awarded a temporary monthly income of $14,735 and a one-time payment of $50,000 to cover her legal expenses. However, according to court documents, Wyatt has been refusing to pay beyond the $6,000 per month that was agreed on.
In the court documents filed on 1/30, Samantha claims that Wyatt spent $11,000 on “non-necessary” items between December 20, 2017, and January 4, 2018 including visits to Tootsie’s strip club in Miami, women’s swimwear likely purchased for JoJo, and $5,006.27 on miniature horses, supplies and feed. It also states that he purchased jewelry “not for his wife” that cost $533.93.
Wyatt and Samantha have now been forced into mediation. Samantha’s lawyer Ray Rafool told the Daily Mail that Wyatt has a “reckless and dangerous mentality” and he needs to own up to his responsibilities.
Rafool added, “He’s told my client – it’s my money, not your money. It’s my money. That’s a dangerous and reckless mentality. It’s not accurate under the law and it’s not healthy for the family.”
Wyatt and wife Samantha have two daughters, aged four and six.
