Fans are still waiting to see where the man formerly known as Bray Wyatt will end up next after he was let go by WWE. There were issues that were unreported that may have led to Wyatt’s release from the company.
On Friday night, the former WWE star dropped a cryptic social media message along with a photo of his last match in WWE, which was a loss to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37.
He wrote, “Don’t worry… I’ll feed ya baby birds #KultOfWindham.”
As noted, it was reported that Wyatt wants to use the Windham name going forward as his real name is Windham Lawrence Rotunda. He’s also changed his name on social media to that.
AEW President Tony Khan stated this week that he hasn’t spoken with Wyatt yet, but is interested in having a conversation. Khan has to be careful with what he says publicly to avoid any tampering issues due to Wyatt still being under a 90-day non-compete with WWE.
Wyatt was released on July 31st so his non-compete clause will end at the end of this month.
