Reigns asked the fans in New York City to acknowledge him but he was interrupted by Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman asked Lesnar why go after the Universal Title when there are other titles to chase after. Lesnar then asked Heyman why he didn't tell Reigns that he would be at SummerSlam.
Reigns gave Heyman a look of disdain and then left with The Usos behind him. Heyman then grabbed the mic and did his trademark introduction for Lesnar and he referred to him as the guy he advocated for 20 years.
Lesnar then told Heyman to get Reigns to accept his challenge to wrestle for the Universal Title. Heyman didn't answer and so Lesnar went to put Heyman in the F5 but Reigns ran in to hit the Superman punch. Lesnar countered and was about to put Reigns in the F5 but The Usos ran in and Lesnar took them to suplex city.
It's clear that Lesnar is the babyface in the feud and it looks like the Lesnar-Heyman relationship is officially done but the one question that has yet to be answered is why Heyman did not give Reigns a heads up about Lesnar making a surprise appearance at SummerSlam.
