Brock Lesnar Is Not Returning To WWE Anytime Soon

WWE fans shouldn’t expect to see Brock Lesnar be brought back anytime soon.

A week ago, there were Lesnar references on Raw, leading to speculation that he may be returning. There was a rumor that WWE and Lesnar were talking. Fightful Select reported no plans for him to return right now.

One source added that there are no creative plans in place, and if conversations have occurred, they’ve not been briefed on that. He also added that there haven’t been any creative pitches for him in months.

It has been reported for months that Lesnar won’t be brought back should both sides agree to it until WWE’s legal team clears him in the lawsuit that Janel Grant filed against John Laurinaitis, Vince McMahon, and WWE. A former WWE/UFC Heavyweight Champion was named in the lawsuit, and Lesnar was later identified as that champion. He has also remained on the talent roster on WWE.com.

PWInsider.com reports there have been zero current discussions between WWE and Lesnar. They were told he remains off the board, and any mentions of him on commentary are just to accentuate the current stories.
