Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, AJ Styles among the names saying goodbye tonight to Joe Louis Arena

Tonight is the final wrestling event at the famous Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, MI. The city-owned land is scheduled to be demolished on September 17, according to public documents.

The Joe has been the site for many memorable moments in wrestling history including The Undertaker’s first championship win against Hulk Hogan in 1991, Hulk Hogan defending the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (with Mr. T as referee) at Halloween Havoc ’94, Kurt Angle’s Survivor Series debut in 1999, Stone Cold driving a zamboni to the ring on a 1998 episode of Monday Night Raw, John Cena’s pay-per-view debut at Vengeance 2002, the 2009 Royal Rumble and Shane McMahon’s return to WWE last year.

So, WWE says goodbye tonight and they are giving the fans a loaded card.
