The Nevada State Athletic Commission will hold their next meeting on August 23rd and will hear a request for an extension on the temporary suspension of former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar. The hearing will air live on UFC’s streaming service, UFC Fight Pass.
Lesnar failed tests from his sample collected on June 28 and July 9 leading up to his fight with Mark Hunt at UFC 200. Lesnar reportedly tested positive for Clomiphene, which is an anti-estrogen blocker that is on the banned list. Lesnar is facing up to two years after testing positive for the anti-estrogen agent clomiphene.
Lesnar will face Randy Orton at WWE’s SummerSlam pay-per-view event on August 21st in Brooklyn, New York.
