Bron Breakker is slated to challenge Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Title at tonight’s Money in the Bank PLE, the biggest match of his young career on the main roster in WWE.
This also marks the first time that the former NXT Champion has a chance to challenge for gold on the main roster as a member of the Raw brand. While speaking on The Masked Man Show, Breakker spoke about his rise in WWE.
“I think just to be present and be in the moment is what I’m most looking forward to. You know, like you said it yourself, Sami Zayn is one of the best ever. There’s no question about it. He’s accomplished just about everything. He’s main evented WrestleMania. And he’s had an outstanding career. He’s going to be a Hall of Famer one day. He’s going to be a world champion. And he’s a top guy. He’s a leader, you know what I mean? And, you know, he embodies what WWE is about. I’ve always looked up to Sami Zayn and his work and what he does and respected him, but man…these guys just don’t do what I do.”
