Bron Breakker Reaches Milestone As WWE Intercontinental Champion

Bron Breakker has quickly risen up the ranks of WWE since signing with the company a few years ago and making his debut on the NXT brand. He was a two-time NXT Champion in the developmental brand and held the Tag Team Titles.

On the main roster as part of the Raw brand, Breakker first won gold at SummerSlam in August, going over Sami Zayn to capture the Intercontinental Title. He would drop it to Jey Uso over a month later on an episode of Raw. However, Breaker won it back in late October on Raw from Uso.

Since then, he defended it against Sheamus in November on Raw, going over via DQ. At Survivor Series, he retained the title in a triple threat match against Ludwig Kaiser and Sheamus. His previous two title defenses came against Kaiser on the December 16th Raw and Saturday Night’s Main Event last week over Sheamus.

As of January 29th, Breakker has hit 100 days as Intercontinental Champion. He is slated to compete in this Saturday’s Men’s Royal Rumble match.
