TMZ is reporting, per court documents, that Candy Cartwright (real name Samantha Tavel) has dropped her lawsuit against WWE star Matt Riddle.
The lawsuit alleged that Riddle choked her and forced her to perform oral sex during a van ride in 2018. Riddle admitted that he had an affair with Cartwright but denied the sexual assault allegations.
The documents available to the public do not say if a monetary settlement was reached between both sides.
Cartwright’s attorney told TMZ that “the parties have put this in their past and are focused on the future.”
Riddle will wrestle this Sunday at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
