Carlito’s first match since his WWE departure has been officially announced. The former WWE United States and Intercontinental Champion is set to make his return to the independent circuit for Big Time Wrestling.
The promotion announced that Carlito will go one-on-one with “The King of Bros” Matt Riddle on Friday, July 25th. This marks Carlito’s first official booking since his WWE contract expired in June.
After a surprise return at the 2023 Backlash event in Puerto Rico, Carlito re-signed with the company and was a member of the LWO faction on SmackDown before his recent departure. Now, he’s set to spit apple in the face of a whole new set of opponents.
