Former WWE Superstar Carmella and her husband, WWE commentator Corey Graves, have announced the gender of their second child. The couple revealed they are expecting another baby boy.
Carmella shared the news with fans and followers on her Instagram account. She posted a series of photos of herself with Graves, which included a short video clip at the end showing the moment they revealed the baby’s gender to their family.
“we’re having a….. 
last slide is the little gender reveal we did with our family,” she wrote in the post’s caption.
This will be the second child for the couple. They welcomed their first son, Dimitri Paul Polinsky, on November 8, 2023. Carmella is also a stepmother to Graves’ three children from a previous marriage.
The announcement comes just over a month after Carmella was released from her WWE contract as part of a wave of talent cuts in May 2025.
