Cedric Alexander was one of many who WWE released earlier this year, including Elektra Lopez, Isla Dawn, AOP (Rezar and Akam), their manager Paul Ellering, and Blair Davenport. WWE didn’t renew Sonya Deville’s deal.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select previously reported that “AEW sources expected several within the Hurt Syndicate to push for him.” Since then, there have not been any updates on whether Tony Khan’s interest is in him.
Alexander is scheduled to appear at United Pro Wrestling’s Ready or Not! event on May 10th in New Bern, North Carolina. Savannah Evans and Maya World are also advertised.
Alexander’s opponent has not yet been announced.
