Cedric Alexander has been linked up with The Hurt Business as of late after not doing much on WWE Monday Night Raw.
Now that he’s in the group with the likes of MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin, Alexander has found a steady role on the show.
During an interview with Sports Illustrated, Alexander praised Benjamin for being a good worker. He also thinks that the veteran wrestler should’ve been a multiple world champion with the company.
The most prestigious championship that Benjamin has held up to this point is the Intercontinental Title.
“I’ve said numerous times that Shelton should have been a three- or four-time world champ by now. If I could, I’d work singles matches with him all day, every day for the rest of my career. He’s an opponent I get excited about wrestling. You just know it’s going to be good, and he’s always teaching. I’ll always learn something new, usually the small things that people overlook, those small nuances that can make you great.”
Alexander also talked about the decision to join the group, the influence from his mother, and more. Check out the full interview here.
