Rapper and television producer 50 Cent took to social media today to joke about WWE Raw overtaking his documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, for the number one spot on the Netflix charts.
50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) posted a screenshot of the Netflix “Top 10” list, which showed WWE Raw sitting at number one, pushing his four-part docuseries down to the second position.
The rapper, known for his social media antics, posted a lighthearted caption regarding the ranking change.
“You know how I feel about being #2 🥺 that’s like being the first loser behind the winner fuck this,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram, adding “LOL” to emphasize the joke. “@50centaction.”
Logan Paul Responds
Logan Paul, who was featured prominently in the main event of last night’s broadcast, joined in on the banter in the comments section. Paul playfully took credit for the ratings surge.
“My fault 50. I main evented (and won) against Rey Mysterio last night,” Paul commented. “You’ll be number one every other night of the week except Mondays.”
High Viewership Expected
The surge in viewership for WWE Raw was anticipated, as last night’s episode served as the immediate fallout from Saturday Night’s Main Event, which featured John Cena’s retirement match. The interest in Cena’s final in-ring appearance and his loss to Gunther likely drove significant traffic to the Monday night broadcast.
