Charlotte Flair has only been competing in the WWE’s squared circle for a few years, and she’s already one of the greatest female Superstars of all time. Flair is a former NXT Women’s Champion, Divas Champion, a four-time RAW Women’s Champion, and two-time SmackDown Live Women’s Champion.
She’s currently feuding with Becky Lynch over the SmackDown Women’s Title, one of the hottest rivalries in the business right now. As one of WWE’s biggest female stars, many wonder why “The Queen” isn’t featured on E! Network’s “Total Divas” reality series. The show takes a look at the real lives and trials of WWE’s female competitors.
Flair spoke about this to Yahoo Sports recently, and revealed she’s not quite ready to lift the curtain on a character she has been working to establish for the past several years:
“For me, my character has always come first and foremost and how far I want to take the women’s division. I’ve worked so hard on this character and I’m not sure lifting the curtain is the right move right now.
“Especially when I first started and was a bad guy, people believed I really fired my dad! I just don’t know how that would have helped with my storyline. I almost think there’s a mystique to not knowing everything about me.”
