WWE superstar Charlotte Flair has opened up about her famously complex relationship with longtime rival and fellow Four Horsewoman, Becky Lynch. Speaking on the “Games With Names” podcast, Flair confirmed that while they have had their issues, their story is not over.
For years, the real-life friendship and on-screen rivalry between Flair and Lynch have been a central focus of WWE’s women’s division. When asked about their current relationship, Flair stated that they are in a good place but that there is still potential for more in the ring.
“We’re cordial. No, we’re good,” Flair said. “I still think there is some story left there. There’s more meat on that bone. I don’t think there’s a nail in the coffin yet.”
When asked to name her favorite match against “The Man,” Flair pointed to their intensely personal champion vs. champion bout at Survivor Series in 2021. That match took place when their real-life friendship was publicly strained, adding a raw intensity to the encounter.
“Our Survivor Series match was actually really incredible,” she recalled. “Becky and I have had a lot of great matches, but our Survivor Series match was pretty incredible too.”
Flair’s comments leave the door wide open for another chapter in one of the most significant rivalries in modern WWE history.
