During the November 7, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown, fans watching at home noticed the screen went black multiple times during the match between Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax.
It was later confirmed that the television blackout was an intentional production move to avoid broadcasting a wardrobe malfunction that Charlotte Flair was experiencing with her ring gear.
Flair Responds on Social Media
Flair handled the incident with a sense of humor. Following the match, she took to social media to joke about the mishap.
In a post on X, Flair wrote, “I’m going to start wrestling in the robes.”
The match itself ended in a loss for Flair, after Lash Legend appeared from the crowd to attack Alexa Bliss, who was in Flair’s corner. The distraction allowed Nia Jax to hit her Annihilator finisher for the win.
