Charlotte Flair Names The Fifth Horsewoman Of WWE

The Four Horsewomen of WWE—Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks—are widely credited with leading the Women’s Revolution in the company. Now, one of the group’s original members has named another superstar who she believes is worthy of being included in their elite company.

Charlotte Flair Praises ‘Fifth Horsewoman’ Alexa Bliss

In a recent interview with USA Today, Charlotte Flair had high praise for her longtime colleague and occasional rival, Alexa Bliss. Flair stated that if there were ever a fifth member added to the heralded group, it would be Bliss.

“[Alexa Bliss] was the fifth horsewoman,” Flair said. “Don’t tell her this, but I adore her.”

A Long History And A Potential Alliance

Flair and Bliss’s careers have been intertwined for over a decade, dating back to their time in developmental when they both appeared as part of Triple H’s entrance at WrestleMania 30 in 2014. Bliss returned to WWE programming this past February after being away on maternity leave, and in recent weeks on SmackDown, she and Flair have teased a potential alliance.

That alliance will be put to the test tonight at the all-women’s WWE Evolution premium live event. Flair and Bliss are scheduled to team up in a four-way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. They will challenge the champions, Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez of The Judgment Day, in a match that also includes The Kabuki Warriors and the team of Sol Ruca & Zaria.
