Charlotte Flair Names The ‘Worst Wrestling City In The World’

Charlotte Flair has labeled Chicago, Illinois, one of the world’s most famous wrestling hotbeds, as the “worst wrestling city in the world.” The multi-time champion made the definitive statement during a recent appearance on the “Games With Names” podcast.

While praising wrestling fans from the Northeast as the “smartest,” Flair singled out the Chicago fanbase for criticism. When asked for a reason, she gave a cryptic response.

“The worst wrestling city in the world … They know what’s wrong with them,” Flair stated.

Her comments are likely a direct result of her last appearance in the city’s Allstate Arena. During a segment with Tiffany Stratton, Flair, who was a babyface at the time, was booed heavily by the Chicago crowd after delivering the line, “Is that why Kaiser’s in my DMs?”

Following that show, Flair acknowledged the negative reaction on social media. She mockingly posted on X, “I should have NEVER called the Chicago fans smart. I sincerely apologize.”
