Charlotte Flair Returns From Injury At WWE Royal Rumble

Charlotte Flair showed up at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday night in this year’s WWE Royal Rumble match from Indianapolis, IN. The surprise appearance happened when she entered the bout at #27 with a ton of pyro.

Flair had been sidelined when she tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus in December 2023 on WWE SmackDown in a match with Asuka. The moment happened as Flair did a spot in the corner, seemingly twisted when falling, and immediately grabbed her knee.

WrestleVotes first reported that Flair’s return was imminent. WWE held off on her return for a few weeks as they began airing vignettes for her return before announcing her for the bout.
