Charlotte Flair says “the women’s revolution is complete”

The WWE Universe is about to get their first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble and it is set to be an exciting event no matter who is in the match.

Charlotte Flair is the current SmackDown Women’s Champion so she is naturally paying very close attention to the Women’s Royal Rumble match. She recently spoke to NewsHub in New Zealand where she opened up about her WrestleMania opponent and said it didn’t matter who she faced although it sounded like she only had two real opponents in mind: Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.

“Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey will create a special Wrestlemania moment, but in saying that another great moment would be my best friend Becky Lynch winning the Royal Rumble and facing me for the title – so many possibilities. I just hope that whoever wins has to face me for the Smackdown women’s championship at Wrestlemania.

“With the announcement of the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match, I feel the women’s revolution is complete.”

If Charlotte is correct in saying the WWE Women’s Revolution is completed, then it’s been one amazing ride and the destination is going to be even more exciting. Of course, WWE still hasn’t booked a Women’s Elimination Chamber match which could always be the next step. But the unforgiving Elimination Chamber structure might always be on the horizon for the Women’s division if WWE wants to continue in innovating the idea of Women’s Wrestling.
