Chelsea Green has addressed the positive reputation she has created within the professional wrestling world since her return to WWE in 2023. Known for providing advice and help to her colleagues, Green has earned respect from her peers for her conduct in various backstage situations. In a new interview with the Beyond The Bell podcast, she described the praise she receives from fellow wrestlers as her most significant achievement in the sport.
Green noted that the support she received online regarding her impact on others was a defining moment for her. She wants to be a resource for other women in the industry, offering a safe space for them to ask questions without judgment.
“I think, although the internet is a really horrible and nasty place, I think what I realized is that when I trended last year for the kind things that I had done for other wrestlers — I think that was my greatest accomplishment in wrestling,” Green said.
“I think for people to stand up for me and say nice words about the impact that I had on them, I think that right there is how I want to leave it. Whatever happens is a little cherry on top of that, but I just want the women in this industry to feel loved and motivated by me. I want them to feel like they can come to me for whatever, whether it was a really silly question or they were embarrassed to ask.”
The former US champion reflected on her own early days , recalling the many questions she had for veterans in 2014 when she was first starting out. She noted that her goal is to provide the mentorship she sought during her time on the independent circuit.
