Chris Jericho says he is under a month-to-month contract with WWE, comments on his current run

Chris Jericho recently appeared on “The LAW: Live Audio Wrestling” to talk about how he came up with The List, Kevin Owens and more. During the interview, which you can listen to below, Jericho revealed that his latest run with WWE was only supposed to last for four months.

Jericho noted that he has a very close working relationship with Vince McMahon and that neither of them expected him to be around WWE for this long “My original plan when I came back last January was to stay until WrestleMania, four months. Then, it started going so good, I re-signed I think until July and then I re-signed until October, and then I re-signed until November. Now it’s basically a month by month thing,” Jericho said. Jericho added that he has a certain time frame in mind regarding when he wants to take another hiatus from WWE but would not say exactly when.

Jericho said that this could be his best run in WWE but thinks that his run in 2008 in which he feuded with Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio as well as teamed up with The Big Show is still his best run in the company. Jericho said that he doesn’t put any limits on age or anything like that because he believes that he can still go out there and have the best match of the show on any given night.
