Christy Hemme Gone From TNA Wrestling, Behind-The-Scenes Changes Being Made

There are several behind-the-scenes changes in TNA Wrestling today, as Josh Mathews has exited from the company, and now Christy Hemme.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select and PWInsider.com reported the ongoing changes in the company. Per Mike Johnson, they were told Anthony Cicione, President of the company, has exited that position. It’s unclear who will replace him.

Cicione entered the role in February 2024 and was also the President of TNA’s parent company, Anthem’s Entertainment Group. A new executive has been brought on to oversee production and other facets of TNA.

Before departing, Hemme was in charge of the company’s social media. Hemme joined TNA in 2006 after her stint in WWE. Initially, she served as a host and co-host for various TNA programs. She also trained to become a wrestler. During her time, she improved and even challenged for the TNA Knockouts title at one point.

Hemme managed the tag team of Lance Hoyt and Jimmy Rave, known as The Rock ‘n Rave Infection, and became ring announcer and interviewer from 2011 to 2016. She also worked behind the scenes from 2014 to 2016 before returning to TNA last year.
