CJ Perry has undergone successful surgery, something she noted on social media. The former WWE/AEW star didn’t disclose the medical issue but did share a video of herself in a hospital bed before getting the surgery.
She followed up with a photo, noting that the surgery was a success. She wrote, “Made it out of surgery. Thank you all.”

Perry was let go by WWE in June 2021 alongside several other stars before going to AEW. She made her promotional debut following the Miro vs. Powerhouse Hobbs match at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event in 2023. She was later paired with Andrade on television.
Following the December Worlds End pay-per-view event where Miro beat Andrade, which was Andrade’s last match with AEW, Perry had been absent from AEW programming recently. While speaking with USA Today at the 2024 ESPY Awards, Perry confirmed her time with AEW was over.
