CM Punk makes joke about how to make SmackDown at Performance Center feel like a normal show

CM Punk was back at it again on social media but this time it was a joke regarding WWE’s latest episode of SmackDown.

Due to the coronavirus, WWE was forced to move Friday Night SmackDown from Detroit, Michigan to Orlando, Florida at the WWE Performance Center. The show had no fans in attendance and only essential people there.

Punk responded to a tweet from a fan where the person joked about a possible Punk chant during the broadcast on the show.

This led to Punk responding by writing the following, “They should pipe it in so it feels more like a real show.”

On Friday, Fox Sports announced the suspension of production for their studio shows that includes WWE Backstage.

This show was supposed to feature the return of Punk on the show. However, it won’t take place and there’s still no word on when it will resume airing.
