CM Punk is downplaying any speculation that his wife, AJ Lee, may show up in the WWE Royal Rumble.
Earlier this week, Jackie Redmond asked CM Punk who he wanted to see in the women’s Royal Rumble, with him responding, “There’s a big one that I’m not going to say because I’m gonna get in trouble.” This got people thinking he was hinting at Lee returning.
While speaking to Pat McAfee on the Pat McAfee Show, Punk dismissed the speculation. “There are no clues. There are no clues. She’s at home watching Larry,” said Punk.
Lee hasn’t wrestled since 2015, when she retired from wrestling.
