CM Punk says Seth Rollins needs to stay off Twitter

CM Punk Seth Rollins

CM Punk's first full episode of WWE Backstage has wrapped up and it will probably be a talking point among people in WWE.

As noted earlier, Punk spoke about his thought process behind taking the gig with FOX and confirmed that he has not spoken with anyone at WWE. His WWE Backstage job allows him the freedom to give his honest thoughts on the WWE product and he will call people out when necessary.

Renee Young brought up Rollins' recent tweet to Punk where he said he wanted to fight him. Punk made it clear earlier in the show that he has not spoken to anyone in WWE about wrestling again and there are no plans right now for him to step in the ring so Rollins' tweet was not the start of an angle.

"This isn't the show where you come and shoot your little angles," Punk said. "Seth needs to stop tweeting and realize that sometimes its better than to be viewed as the fool and shut your mouth than when you open your mouth and remove all doubt."

In the final segment of the show, Punk responded to a tweet from Tom Arnold and slipped in Seth's name.
