CM Punk Seemingly Throws Shade At Hangman Page

CM Punk seemingly took a dig at his old rival in Hangman Page following WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event while doing a post-show recap for digital.

There is a lot of history with Punk and Page dating back to their AEW days, including the infamous promo segment where Page went away from what they were planning to say on Dynamite and said that he was protecting AEW from Punk. This was before the All Out 2022 press conference, where Punk got into a backstage brawl with The Elite following his comments at the presser. They also took some shots at each other on TV, including Punk’s ‘Cowboy s**t reference.’

Earlier this week, Page dropped a cryptic post about wrestlers stealing his move set. Fans think it was referring to Logan Paul. He wrote, “I hope the next person who is given the majority of my move set to use in the ring is at least kind of cool.”

Peter Rosenburg mentioned move set while speaking during the clip, and Punk told him not to say that. Punk said, “Don’t say move set. It’s garbage internet wrestling talk. If you say that, you’re an idiot. God, especially if you’re a wrestler and you say move set, that 100% tells me that you don’t know what the hell you were doing.”
