Cody Rhodes is a man of the people. He recently responded to a fan on Twitter who said that professional wrestling crowds are a problem in the community. Rhodes feels differently, however, and said that crowds aren’t “supposed” to do anything. The only thing fans are supposed to do is have a good time at the shows.
Furthermore, Rhodes said it’s the job of the wrestlers to keep the crowd entertained and engaged in what they’re doing:
The crowds think they’re awesome, but really they are a problem in wrestling

“The crowds are never the problem. Ever. They could have 1,000 beach balls or not boo the individual they’re “supposed” to. The only thing they’re supposed to do, is have a good time…and it’s our job to find out how to engage them and keep engaging them.”
