Although Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes was kept off the Survivor Series: WarGames PLE card and didn’t appear live on Monday’s Raw, he did reach a new milestone at the expense of one WWE star.
Rhodes is gearing up for his next title defense as he will go up against Kevin Owens at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14, 2024, from Uniondale, New York, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, which will air on NBC at 8 pm ET. After this week’s episode of Raw went off the air, Rhodes worked the dark match, where he successfully retained the title over Solo Sikoa.
According to CageMatch.net, Rhodes has now beaten Sikoa in 15 straight matches, including at SummerSlam, the September 13th SmackDown, and Bad Blood. Rhodes has also defeated Solo in 20 straight singles matches. This includes house shows, dark matches, and TV/PLE bouts.
Solo has beaten Rhodes once, in a trio bout at Money in the Bank when the Bloodline beat Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton. Sikoa and Roman Reigns are expected to continue their feud on Friday’s SmackDown.
