Bryan Alvarez received word from someone at Comcast that people there are being prepped on how to handle phone calls from subscribers because they are no longer going to be carrying WWE pay-per-views after tonight’s Elimination Chamber. This would be a huge blow to WWE since Comcast serves 22 million homes and Comcast is about to buy Time Warner Cable.
All of this is unofficial at this point since there is nothing official from Comcast or WWE on this. DirecTV has also threatened to pull WWE pay-per-views but there is no word on if they plan on going forward with those plans.
